Hello all! Hope you are having a great day whereever you are. Here in Springfield it is cold and rainy. Heres the plan for today.


Exercise: video workout

B: sausage egg burrito
L: chicken sandwich
S: protien bar
D: cheeseburger pie
S: cheese sticks

water 150+
all vitamins

Hey Denise,

I'm happy to report, I'm right along with you in terms of discovering that my pouch works - YAAAAAAAAAAAAY (go me, go me, go me) but I'm not going to get to big headed or else I'm fall off the wagon AGAIN.  In any event, I just made this discovery at lunch.  I had salmon and salad (it was offered in the cafeteria as part of the weigh****chers meal).  While the salmon was somewhat big, it was thin so i'm sure it was about 3 oz's but just as I reached the end, my belly was FULL. I was HAPPY. 

B:  cottage cheese and melon
S:  a few nuts
L:  Salmon and salad
D:  not certain yet but will probably just have some tuna
S:  If I get hungry I willhave some soy crisps chips or my s/f pudding.

Hi Denise....
Glad too see your pouch is working and so is mine...that's why I'm taking it one day
at a time.  I seem to do better when I post my meals and journal my foods.  No cardio
yet, but I plan to hit the gym at work today, and get some weight training work in today and tomorrow...my Personal Trainer has already canceled for our sessions for tomorrow and
Saturday...I think I'm going to have to fire him.

S -    Cottage Cheese w/ Peaches (maybe) only if I'm hungry  12g

I'm right along with you, I feel much better if I post my meals here everyday so I guess I should apologize in advance If I become a pain - lol. 

BTW, I like your dinner menu, I may have to copy :o). 

Also, I think I need to track my calories too. 

Hey does anyone know who to get the weight tracker to work?

Looking forward to my dinner and I didn't have a problem with the weight tracker, but I've
heard others may have had a problem also.

Cardio: working in the garden

Breakfast: ham and cheese egg white omlett, mixed fruit

32 oz water

Lunch Salad with roast beef lunch mea****ermelon

32 oz Water

Snack: 2 SF jello, SF Hot Cocoa

Dinner: Whatever my family makes (probably hamburger steak, and veggies)

S:  SF mocha latte
