Thursday - BOTT Cardio and Cafe
Hijack! I'm so excited I thought I'd start the thread today. My pouch is still working! Who knew!!!
I'm trying not to get too excited, because historically, when I'm on a roll, I'm on a roll and when I'm off.... damn I'm really off and the pounds find their way back to my bottom!
Anyway, I woke up too late to go to the pool today. My 15 year old daughter climbed in bed with me last night, which meant little sleep. She tosses and turns all night long.
CARDIO: Walk an hour after work..
FOOD:
Breakfast: Tilapia/Applesauce
Lunch: Unwich Jimmy Johns
Dinner: Asian Chicken Salad from Panera
Snack: Apple / Monster Drink Lo-Carb

I wish my 15 yr old would climb in bed with me she is at that stage that she thinks she is grown.
I'm finding it very hard to stay on track, so I'm taking it one day at a time. I did great yesterday with the carb monster and my plan for today is below
~Pre-Breakfast~ Coffee and more Coffee w/1scoop of Vanilla Protein
~Breakfast~ Opened face breakfast sandwich (1 slice Pepperjack cheese, 2 turkey sausage links sliced, 1 eggs & 1 LC wheat bread)
~Lunch~ I'll be going out for lunch with my hubby and sister, so I'm planning on protein and salad (probably chicken salad)
~Dinner~ 2 turkey meatballs w/cheese .5oz of dreamfield pasta
~Snack~ if still hungry I'll be having a Protein Chai Latte

Another icky rainy day today. hoping to get onto the track. My Cal Tex came out awesome and I'll be eating left overs forever. Only 300 calories per serving!

36 lbs from goal!
I will admit, I have tried to avoid postings the last few days. I think it's because I know I have fallen off the wagon the past few days. My meal plan has been in range, it just seems like when 3-4 p.m. hits all I been wanting to do is SNACK SNACK SNACK, and even tho, it's NO real sugar etc. I have been over doing it, Urghhhh I am going to TRY to stick to mainly liquids today to get back on track.
PLEASE PRAY that Boredom doesn't set in and I start craving after 3 p.m.
My meal plan for the day is as follows:
B- Mug of coffee with Choc. protein powder (26g Protein) added
L- Choc. Protein Shake (39 grams)
S- Choc/Peanut Butter Protein Shake (26 grams)
D- 4 Oz. Tuna with Light Ranch
S- Carb Master Yogurt (12 grams Protein)

I Changed it up a bit and decided to add Tuna & Carb Master Yogurt.

MIelissa, I just wanted to let you know you are not alone. That is the hard time of day for me too. I work a very stressful job in juvenile detention. When I get off work the carb monster calls me everyday saying " Let's Party " . It is really a struggle. I usually stop and get a cup of coffee for I really struggle in the car. Good luck to you. Good Morning or almost afternoon for everyone out east. It is beautiful here today, 80 degrees and clear skies which makes for walking at lunch and breaks. Yesterdays walk was great, I saw a bluejay, doves, geese and rabbits.

I have to be honest, I am not doing wel. My brother is staying with me and my emotions are out of control. I am off schedule and doing things like eating standing up in the kitchen and driving the car. I did go work out for 1/2 hour this morning and so far have eaten 2 strawberries and some almonds. Then a protein bar after workout. I don't have a plan for the rest of the day and I know that is not good. I hope I can get a grip soon. Thanks for being here.
