not so motivated this morning sitting at hospital waiting for bro. to have his pacemaker surgery.

So far I have had banana, cereal and milk and a couple bites of cottage cheese. Probably not going to exercise until he gets settled in a room or sent home whichever comes first.

Not sure my plan for the day. Really craving steak so may grill tonight. It rained most of the weekend so didn't get my fix.

Have yogurt, string cheese, banana an almonds for snacks.

Sounds like you've got a good plan of attack, especially during this stressful time with your borther.  My prayers are with him for a safe and speedy recovery.  My prayers are with you to stay strong and be good to your body!  Steak sounds good... lots of protein!

Hugs!
