Monday - BOTT Cardio and Cafe

Hijacking! I'm sure (and she better be! Its a Holiday!) that Cathy is sleeping in soundly. So I'm taking the liberty cuz I for whatever reason today work up full of "piss and vinegar" as they say. Pardon the language but I don't know another good metaphore. I woke up, got fully dressed and preened within 2 minutes. Its like my mind and body really wanted to get moving today. I'll take it!!

Cardio - Crazy amounts of errands, I'll really pu**** whatever I'm doing.

Food -

B - 4 strips turkey bacon
S - Coffeeeeeeeee
L - Turkey taco meat
D - Not sure. DH is comming home from camping today. Depends on how great he's feeling lol

I woke up really early at 4:00 a.m. and stayed up for awhile and then went back to bed.  Thanks for posting our daily C&C.  I appreciate it!!

Here's my check-in:

CARDIO - Wii Fit

FOOD:

B - Cottage cheese
S - String cheese
L - Fish with green beans
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Fish with zucchini
S - Power Crunch bar

Hi Joanne,

It is WONDERFUL to have you as a BOTTers with the rest of us.  I am very happy.

I get them from Kay's Naturals.  I equally like Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels and Cinnamon Toast Pretzels.  I've eaten the Cinnamon Toast ones for awhile but my husband wanted me to try one of the Jalapeno Mustards and I like them too.  They aren't horribly hot but have a zing to them.  It is a nice snack that is portioned in their own bags plus, to me, they are better than regular ones.

Cardio- I am working mobile today at work so I will be walking for 8 hrs. Does that count?
Food :
Breakfast- yogart and 2 turkey sausage links
snack  - 1/2 pear ( started to hurt my stomach )
Lunch - chicken breast and broccoli
snack - s/f pudding
dinner- not sure yet but I do have cottage cheese in my cooler.
I am headed back to D.C. after work . My daughter is in the hospital there. I will grab coffee for the 2 1/2 hr. ride . Might be longer since everyone will be heading home. Hopefully the cafteria has something healthy. They do have a salad bar. If I don't make it there in time I will go to plan B.  Hope all had a blessed holiday and got thru all the BBQ's. See you lighter. Joanne

Happy Memorial Day, everyone!

Exercise:  Just working around the house and in the yard.  Quiet day.

Food:

B -- Protein Balls
L -- Soup, salad, cheese quesadillas
S -- Protein Supplement
D -- Not sure -- maybe a little of the pot roast I am making for my hubby or some chili
S -- Fresh fruit, possibly with greek yogurt

I've been missing in action... but I'm back and plan to stay ... suddenly I'm motivated again...
No exercise today or yesterday.  I went Salsa dancing Saturday for 4 hours and I'm still recovering from being soar.  Poor excuse, but that's all I got. :)

Today's eating:

Breakfast:  Tilipia and Natural Applesauce
Lunch:        One egg omelette with cheddear cheese
Dinner:       Lean ground beef with ragu sauce
Snack:     Sugar free petite pickles
Snack:     Lo-Carb Monster Energy Drink  (20 calories per can)

Have a great night... I'll be on board Tuesday.
