Sunday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Hi BOTTers,
I started my day off in a nice way. We ate breakfast on our back patio. We had a great time laughing and just being together. It sounds like no biggie but it is times like this that really nurture me. As I've written before, I'm making a conscious effort to do one thing everyday that nurtures me. This is mine for the day and hopefully there will be even more!!
Here's my check-in:
CARDIO: Take a walk after breakfast before it rains!!
FOOD:
B - Cottage cheese
S - String cheese
L - Fish with Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
S - Cottage cheese
D - Fish with Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels
S - Power Crunch bar

Like you, Cathy, I am trying to incorporate some "self nurturing," something that oftentimes, as women, we don't allow ourselves....it is easy to forget to do it! I hope it is going well for you!
