Wow!!! it seems like a million years ago that I was so heavy, out of shape, tired and just plain miserable all the time!!!!
Today Life is Good and like I have told all those that inquire I would do it again in a second! Short of having my daughter (which was my emergency c/s) this was the best thing I have ever done for myself.
Just sending positive vibes thru all the BOTT community!!!
