Hello Everyone

Well this week I've not eaten too well - been busy so have grabbed quick carb filled snacks, so I was expecting it to show on the scales and it did - but not too bad.  I'll be back on the straight and narrow this week.

Weyl no, not mine either. I'm also up on the scales. I blame poor eating habits due to extreme trailor building to send my hubby off to a camping trip this week. I will do better. Especially now that i have a work-out buddy and a track at work.

At least you know why they numbers went up!  So you & I know how to fix it next week.  I wish I didn't eat poorly when I'm busy, but I have to remember how much better my eating habits are now compared to pre wls - I'm sure you are eating better too, even on your worse days now.

Good for you setting up a workout buddy.  You'll see the results soon.  See you next week

Geez is it Friday already... all aboard the scales again...
I think the darn carb monster had a foot or two on all of our scales this week.  I followed my diet to and was doing great...going for a loss and I stepped on the scale this morning and wala a two pound gain!!!  Yesterday it looked like I was going to be down a pound for the week. What's up with that. I kept busy all week working in my flower gardens weeding and walking on the treadmill a half hour each day. Not the news I was hoping for. But again I'm not a quitter but a BOTTER so I will see results ... I just have to keep trying!!!

Yeh, the week came around fast didn't it!

Grrrrrr...it's so frustrating when that happens on the scale isn't it.  But hang in there, look to the long term results, and don't allow the short term disappointment keep you from the goal.

Yay, BOTTERS - as you say - we are NOT quitters.  Thanks for reminding us.

I conquor 110%!!  We are NOT quitters, we are BOTTers!! We should get Cathy and Kathy on that and post a slogan sticky at the top of the forum!!

Looks like several of us had a bad weeek but we know why so heres to next week starting today...

I too apparently did not do so well this week. Thought it was better than it was. At one point I was down a pound but from last week I went from 172-174. I did slack off on exercise and got into carbs especially last night. New day!

Thanks everyone for being honest and not only posting when the numbers go down.  It helps to know I'm not alone in this, and I'm sure I'm not the only one to say that!!
