Friday (YEAH!), BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Hi BOTTers,
I'm so happy it is Friday. A long weekend is ahead - YEAH!!! It is supposed to rain on/off this weekend but we've had so much rain the past couple of months so I'm used to it. I'm going to be out of town for a few days next week toward the end of the week.
I hope everyone is finding support and what you need from our BOTT group. It is such a source of comfort to me. As I find it easy or difficult to stay on track, knowing all of you are out there doing the same thing as I am brings me comfort and strength. Thank you to each of you.
Here's my check-in:

L - Turkey, pepper jack cheese with honey mustard and Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Talapia with green beans
S - Power Crunch bar

Just got back from a 2.5 mile walk -- boy, did I feel the humidity today! :)
Food:
B -- Muscle Milk Light RTD
L -- Salad and some chili
S -- Protein drink
D -- Not sure yet, going out with friends, so I will find something good!
S -- Canteloupe -- delish!

I'm feeling good today. Sent the hubby off on his little camping trip in upstate NY, so I'm alllllll alone this weekend. I plan to attend a few cook-outs and hope I can keep it on track.

D - hmmmmm my choice tonight. Might go out and get a chilli at my fave resturant.
