The last day of school is tomorrow for my sons and they are so excited; their mom - not so excited! LOL.
Here is my check-in:
B - Cottage cheese
S - String cheese
L - Turkey, pepper jack cheese sandwich
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Grilled chicken with grilled vegetables and garlic toast (small)
S - Power Crunch bar

I planted more flowers this morn. and plan on half an hour on elliptical tonight.

Just got back from approx. 3 mile walk -- beautiful morning, so time passed quickly!
Food:
B -- Muscle Milk Light RTD
L -- Salad, possibly some soup with it
S -- Protein shake
D -- Still trying to decide -- hehe -- something good and healthy!
S -- Greek yogurt and some fresh canteloupe

Okay... if I'd had realized the Starbucks wraps were SO fewer calories than the subway flatbread sandwiches, I think I'd have made more valiant of an effort to get those instead. I think that is my new future!

Okay, so I'm a newbie on here, but need to be accountable and get back on track, so I'm going to post what I did yesterday as I don't plan well and therefore never know what I'm going to have for lunch/dinner until it gets here.
B - 2 slices of ham, 1 cup of coffee
10:44 feeling hungry - Sobe lifewater
11:20 - another cup of coffee
11:20 - head hunger
L - 1/2 cup salad w/ a slice of ham and light ceasar vinegrette dressing & light & lively yogurt
3:28 - head hunger
3:51 - hungry
D - Roast chicken thigh (no skin), s/f rice pudding
S - Almond crisps with p/b
Exercise: 2 mile walk at lunch time.

Good morning! My girls finished school yesterday and graduation is Sunday night. Seems weird to me that they are done with this stage in life and are becoming adults. Life is just kicking my butt in general lately but I know it will get better.

I feel for you Cathy, my son just graduated and moved back home after 5 years. The very next day my daughter left her husband and moved in with her 18 month old. The house is busting at the seams. Cardio is digging holes for new landscaping. Food for today is:
Breakfast - 1 egg, 1 slice healthy life bread
Lunch - chicken salad
Dinner - marinated chicken w/grilled veggies
Snack - fage w/sf caramel
