Hi BOTTers,
Things are going really well for me right now. While that is great, it is sometimes a bit disconcerting. It is though I'm waiting for it to change and the shoe to drop. Weird, huh? Don't get me wrong, I'm enjoying the calm seas in my life but sometimes it feels strange.
Here's my check-in:
CARDIO: Take a walk outside after work - it is beautiful today!!
FOOD:
B - Cottage cheese
S - String cheese
L - Hamburger patty with cheese
S - Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels
D - Fish with small sweet potato
S - Power Crunch bar
Have an absolutely terrific Thursday as we BOTT!

Its always nice to hear someone's life is going in the right direction. Right now it seems like I'm oplaying the waiting game for so many things. I hate sitting idle and not being able to move forward. I hope something gives soon.
Cardio - Day of rest I think. Was up late helping husband prep for a camping trip, and did the track 2 laps yesterday.
Food -
B - 1 egg, 2 slice cheese, tortilla wrap
L - Chicken tika lababdar (Evil co-workers are ordering Indian food and I can't help myself!!)
S - Prolly more chicken tika
D - Turkey tacos, probably

Here's what I have from yesterday. A good day for me!!
B - 2 slices of ham and a coffee
10:48 - head hunger w/stress - vitamin H2O
L - 1 cup of salad with a slice of ham
20 minute walk
2:30 - hungry/stomach growling - Tropicana light
D - Small pc of steak & sf rice pudding with raisins added
30 minute walk
S - Almond Crisp crackers w/pb & a couple mini s/f hershey's choc (so I wasn't that great, huh?)
