Tuesday - BOTT Cafe and Cardio
Hi BOTTers,
I hope everyone is doing great! It is a beautiful, sunny but not too hot day. I'm eagerly looking forward to taking an evening walk today. I'm making the most of pre-Summer before the hot, humid days that are accompanied with bugs the size of my fist (okay, a bit dramatic as far as the bugs but you get the idea). For some reason, the bugs that enjoy the hot, humid weather also enjoy the all you can eat buffet of me during the summer.
Here's my check-in for today:
CARDIO: Evening walk outside with my dog Jake.
FOOD:
B - Two scrambled eggs with one slice of turkey bacon
S - Cottage cheese
L - Lean Cuisine Eggroll frozen meal
S - Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels
D - Lean grilled hamburger patty with cheese and less than 10 Pringles (depends on how full I am)
S - Power Crunch bar

I'm back from four days in Nashville. What a blast! Except for some rain and hail everything was great. We celebrated my wife's birthday by visiting the zoo and attending the a performance at the Grand Ole Opry. I also ate more carbs in the last four days than I've eaten in the last months so it's back to eating correctly.
Cardio - Off until Thursday
Food:
B - Cajun Egg Scramble
S - Coffee Protein Shake
L - Grilled Catfish w/Squash
S - String Cheese
D - Sonya's Spicy Meatloaf w/Broccoli
S- String Cheese
Calories - 1093 Fat - 53 Carbs - 44 Protein - 114

Morning morning! It is a really nice day out, you said it! I'll be hitting the track at work today even though I'm really sore from my work out yesterday. I need to pound lots of water today, I'm getting dehydrated from lack of drinking. I don't know why its so hard for me to drink the stupid water. I just don't enjoy it. There's a water cooler 20 feet from my desk with no obsticals in the way. But I just can't get my sorry butt up and over to it. That's really my downfall, especially this week when I've been eating leftover chinese. Salt salt salt. Ugh.

Good morning!
The weather here is gorgeous after what seems like months of rain. The next few days are supposed to be great, so I see lots of yard work in my future. :)
As for today:
Cardio: Long walk this evening -- try for 2.5 miles
Food:
Breakfast: Muscle Milk Light RTD
Lunch: Salad and soup
Snack: Unjury protein shake
Dinner: Chili w/ cheese
Snack: Chobani yogurt w/Go Lean cereal and fruit
