Rough Day

Had a grazing day yesterday and the scale is up this morning. Fretting about my brother who is getting his pacemaker switched out and is 100% dependent on it. That will happen next Tuesday. Today I need to get a grip. Not hungry this morning because of all I have eaten.

When I am hungry the plan is 

Cottage cheese
Atkins shake
yogurt and fiber cereal
orange slices throughout day
steak and gr pepper onions and mushr.
protein shake with fruit
popcorn and diet soda or fiber cereal and milk

Am skipping the gym this morning, going to do some journaling and plan to do half hour on elliptical and some yard work tonight

Sorry to hear you had such a rough day, but it sounds like you already see what is going on and have taken the bull by the horns today. Don't worry though, we all have our days and it is okay, you are human.

I hope today is a better day!

I hope things go well with your brother...I can certainly understand the concern.  Hang in there through it -- not always easy, but can be done.  :)

We've all had those days...  It's hard when you're stressed.  You have a good plan in case it happens again.  I hope all goes well with your brother.
