L - Taco salad with lean ground beef, cheese, salsa - no shell.
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Fish, steamed vegetables, Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels
S - Power Crunch bar

Yaaay, gym date today with one of my LARPer friends! We geeked out the whole time and did a 30 min circut training and some extra lifting and stretching and I feel fantastic, considering its a bitter cold, raw wet dreary monday monrning. We're planning to (me) slim down and (him) bulk up before the 1st Autumn event. Hope it works out!
Cardio - Lots of lifting and steps.

36 lbs from goal!
Struggling with wanting to plan food today. Got into some carbs overnight and now the craving is in full tilt
So far i have had
Crescent rolls, protein drink and cottage cheese
Planning on breakfast burrito recipe for lunch
fruit, cheese and yogurt for snacks.
Maybe some stir fried veggies later tonight.
Work odd shift 11-8 so meal times are strange.
Did 25 min on elliptical and planted some flowers.
So far i have had

Another crazy day in the neighborhood! I was up and out early and finally remembered to stop here for my C&C. My cardio is digging out my yard for new landscaping. My food for today:
Breakfast - lean protein drink
Snack - grapes w/string cheese
Lunch - TJ's chicken salad on rye crisp
Snack - apple w/pb2
Dinner - chicken w/grilled veggies and pineapple
Snack - fage w/sf tiramisu and coco
