My Exercise and Monday Meals

Cardio- 1 Mile Walk (It kicked my butt, because I have not been able to exercise in a week, urghhhh)

Meals:
Breakfast: Carb Master Yogurt, Cottage Cheese.                                                                                           Lunch:Fish Fillet, Broccolli.                                                                                                                        
Dinner: Tuna & Light Ranch Dressing
Snacks:Atkins Shake, Carb Master Yogurt, SF Vanilla Pudding

Good morning!

Exercise:       Walked 2.5 miles at a very brisk pace

Food:

Breakfast:      Muscle Milk Light RTD

Lunch:            Soup, salad and cheese quesadilla

Snack:            Unjury protein drink

Dinner:           Chili

Snack:            Greek yogurt w/Go Lean cereal and some blackberries

Pushing fluids all day long!
