Saturday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio

Hi BOTTers,

I know......Saturday's C&C is early.  I have a jam packed afternoon so before my husband picks up my laptop this evening for its computer doctor appointment, I wanted to post our C&C.  It helps me to stay BOTT with I connect with my BOTT friends.

Here's my check-in for Saturday:

CARDIO:  Walk & Kick dvd (supposed to rain tomorrow).  Weather permitting, I'll take a walk outside with my dog and family.

FOOD: 

B - 2 scrambled eggs and 1 slice turkey bacon
S - String cheese
L - Lean Cuisine Eggroll lunch
S - Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels (1/2 bag)
D - Fish with steamed vegetables (other 1/2 bag of Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels from snack)
S - Power Crunch bar

Have a sensational Saturday as we BOTT this weekend.

Hi everyone!

I've been away for a while, but I"m  back now and I hope to stay more focused!  

Here's my check-in:

Cardio: 1 mile WATP with stretchie band

B- Protein cereal with Lactaid 1% milk

S- Yogurt or fresh fruit

L- Salmon burger with mixed veggies

S- Protein bar (not sure which one, must go shopping today LOL)

D- Healthy Choice chicken entree

S- Babybel cheese and 6 thin triscuits
