I make a large batch of my own tomato sauce and freeze it in quart size bags and in ice cube trays.  The bags are for family dinners.  And I use the cubes for my lunch or dinner ricotta bake.  I just pop one out and micro for a few seconds.  It really works well.

Hi Deb,

I use my PB2 for protein drinks but have never made it up like you do for an apple.  Do you mix it up according to the label or how do you mix it? What is it like?

I LOVE PEANUT BUTTER but not all the fat!  I enjoy my PB2 in my protein drinks.

Hi!
I mix it according to directions and then add a touch more water so I can slide the apple through.  Yummm...

Cardio: 1 mile WATP with stretchie band

Food:

B- Protein cereal with Lactaid milk

S- Protein bar

L- Rotiessere (sp) chicken with salad

S- Weigh****chers Yogurt

D- Chicken with mixed veggies

S- Protein bar
