Hi, I'm Cyndi. I had RNY May 2007...2 years and 130 lbs gone! I'm a bit obsessive about tracking my food and getting to the gym at least 5 days a weeek. Even so, I see a certain amount of "slipping" in that dedication, and so was THRILLED to find this group. It's important to hear what people who are working on maintaining are going through and how they are succeeding, or getting back on track if there is a minor detour.
I see you have a daily accountability email. Here's my day:
PreB - vanilla chai latte protein shake
B - ff plain yogurt w/strawberries and grape nuts
L - 1 oz feta, 2 egg white, 1 cup homemade veggie chili and 1 slice cheddar
S - 2 GG bran crackers, 26 Miss Meringue SF meringues
D - my mushroom "pizza" (can of mushrooms, 1/2 c marinara sauce, 1/4 c. lowfat shredded cheese), tossed salad w 2 T lowfat french dressing, Bacos
S - 2 FF fudgesicle pops
My current issue is carbs - I REALLY need to do the 5-Day Pouch test, to get myself "reset" then get totally BOT!
