Thursday - BOTT Cardio and Cafe
Morning all. Having not heard yet for Cathy (Hope she's okay) I am hijacking the C&C thread becuase I want to stay accountable today.
Cardio - WOW I feel my gym from yesterday. I'm going to take a break day today, tho if I feel energetic later I may walk the track around my building a few laps.
Food -
B - 1/2 southwest steak n cheese omlette flat bread from subway
L - Other half
S - Chicken and dressing
D - Kielbassa

You have my back yet again!! Thank you so much. You're a lifesaver. Thanks for pitching in again.
We had tornado warnings and horrible winds again last night. We were down in our basement for quite awhile last night as there were warnings in our county. We had to assess the damage this morning plus the normal morning routine and, in addition, had a couple of work priority items to deal with immediately so time got away from me.
Here's my check-in:
CARDIO: Day off (tired from being up monitoring weather)
FOOD:
B - Cottage cheese
S - String cheese
L - Turkey, pepper jack cheese half sandwich
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Fish, vegetables and Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels
S - Power Crunch bar
Have a terrific Thursday as we BOTT!!

I'm glad that everyone made it through O.K. You guys are really taking a beating! My plan is to workout later this afternoon. My food for today:
Breakfast - protein drink
Snack - click
Lunch - TJ's chicken salad on rye crisp
Snack - apple w/pb2
Dinner - bbq pork on lettuce
Snack - fage w/sf chocolate

Kathy - you didn't say how much damaage you have. I'm assuming you and your family are all alright. For that I'm thankful How scary that must have been for all of you!!
Great food day yesterday and not as much exercise as I hoped for - but time ran out again.
Today I commit to a BOTT food day and exercise as time permits. Have an after-work-obligation so can't say how time will work out. Since have had to eliminate my favorite dinner meal because of impossibly high calorie content until I'm on maintenace, it's taking more "thinking" time to put together a healthy day. But, I'm doing it!
I wish us all a comfortable BOTT day

Cardio: Working in my garden,and power cleaning (Power cleaning is what I call it when I try to work up a sweat while cleaning. I'm killing tow birsd with one stone, you know. )
Breakfast: Cheesey Broccoli soup
blueberries
a couple bites of watermelon.
Lunch: Turkey Steak
Mango Slices
Cauliflower w/ dip (FF sour cream w/ spices mixed in)
Snack: orange slices, Pickle,and a cheese stick
Snack 2: Small salad with 1-2 ounces of chicken, salsa for dressing
Dinner: Pork chops
Greenbeans
Watermelon
Snack: Egg drop soup w/ veggies
I have switched over to eating six times a day to treat my hypoglycemia and this is the first day I am doing it.
Wish me luck. I'm kind of freaked out because I feel like I am going to gain weight eating so many times a day.

Actually its a great way to stimulate your metabolism, to eat alot of small meals a day, rather than 2 or 3 big ones. You'll do fine!
