Hey BOTTers,

I couldn't find the switch last night to turn off my brain.  As I tossed and turned, I thought about everything from compiling a grocery list to the economy.  I'm pooped and the day has just begun.  The positive is that I'll sleep good tonight.

Here's my check-in for today:

CARDIO:  Walk my dog if it isn't raining.  If raining, do my Walk & Kick dvd.

FOOD:

B - CLICK (extra caffeine please!)
S - String cheese
L - Lean Cuisine Eggroll frozen meal
S - Jalapeno Mustard pretzels (Kay's Naturals)
D - Fish with grilled vegetables
S - Smartforme chocolate soy crunchies

Have a terrific Tuesday as we BOTT.  As I go through my day BOTTing, it makes a big difference to know that I'm not alone and we're doing this together!

Had an over-the-top BOTT day yesterday.  Climbed 5 (yes, 5) flights of stairs - 4 were with my purse (which seems to weigh a ton!) and a bag of "stuff"  I'm amazed that that takes noticeably more effort and to think I was asking my body to accomplish stair climbing with 100 + extra pounds - no wonder I avoided stairs like the plague.  Then, because it was raining, I exercised 30 min on WiiFit free step.  I increased the pace (4447 steps - I know that is a stroll for most of you, but for me it was at the peak of my "brisk" ability) and used the board just to count my steps.  Then did 6 minutes on the penguin balance program - that poor penquin is going to starve to death before I catch enough fish to advance beyond :unbalanced"  Then I did 3 sets with 10 reps each (did I say that right Kathy?) with my barbells.  Not very good at that yet  Am just doing the things I remember doing in Pilates (Hope to start back with my Pilates trainer next month.)  Also ate barely over 1000 calories which should please my dr's nurse.  So, all in all, I had a spectacular BOTT day

Today
B - Oatmeal & Unjury protein
Sn - 4 Wasa crisp breads
L - Choc Lean Body drink  2 choc tea biscuits
D - Crawfish sausage  1 cup green beans
Then something reasonably high calorie (for us) and low protein - whatever appeals to me at the time.

Exercise - stairs and brisk walking - will probably try to feed the poor penguin a bit too

Wish each and every one of you a very fine BOTT day

Good morning Botters,
I am currently stewing in my house because my newer boarder, my recently college graduated son, took my house key last night and isn't home yet.  There is nothing worse than being a prisoner in your own homeexplode.gif !  On a good note, I'm probably burning a lot of calories pacing!!! I plan on going to the gym sometime today.  My food for today:
Breakfast - protein drink
Snack - click
Lunch - steak salad
Snack - apple w/pb 2
Dinner - TJ's pot roast w/veggies
Snack - fage w/sf caramel
Have a great day!
Deb

Hmmm what a wonderful day outside today. Its that kind of spring day that smells fresh from a night rain, the temp is just right, you can smell the flowers, the sun is shining.... I feel really good today. And I'm down a pound according to the scale.  I really had no appetite yesterday, I think from the weekend of eating very light and being very active. Lets hope that keeps up, I like not being hungry.

Cardio - 1 more day of recoup. Still a lil tender.

Food -

B - Beef ravioli with parm cheese (I have no idea why I wanted this!)
S - Starbucks doubleshot (actually not all that bad. It isn't CLICK, but its got 12g protein!)
L - Turkey Chilli
S - EAS protein bar
D - Chicken and stir fry veggies.

What a rotten Monday. I have tons of issues with my son's school and now am trying to decide if I can pull him and home school for the last two weeks. I am proud though that I did not eat my way thru it. I stuck to my menu and just cried at my desk instead. Went to Mary Kay party with my daughter last night so her friend could practice on us. I was thankful that the day ended and I could go to bed. Today is a new day...

Food:

B-Leftover chicken alfredo
S-Dry roasted edamame

100+ oz water & vitamins
