Thanks for this suggestion. I found it to be a great site and began to use it yesterday. I NEED to keep a food diary everyday!!!! Just have one question though. How do you remove an item once it has appeared as eaten - sometimes I change my mind after I've planned out the day (not changed my mind to get off track, just to eat something on track but a little different. and want to up-date my diary?
