Back On Track Together
Monday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Didn't do well at all at the seminar or Saturday after I got home. But back on track yesterday and today is going well.
Have climbed my one flight of stairs 2 of the 3 times today and have walked briskly whenever I've had a chance to walk - that's my spontaneous exercise - along with going grocery shopping after work. In addition, I'll either walk 2 miles of do 1/2 hr on WiiFit.
Don't have my full day's food planned but have eaten my breakfast and lunch plan - supper will depend on getting my total calories in without exceeding my protein limit.
All is well in my world as I hope it is in yours.
