Fage is a brand name greek yogurt. Its the texture of sour cream, kinda tastey if you like thick yogurt.

Fage is fantastic!  It rich and creamy yogurt.  I get it at Trader Joe's or Whole Foods.  It's great because you can dress it up sweet or savory.  My evening snack is fage with a sugar free syrup, usually caramel.

What an amazing weekend. Amazing! I got tons of exercise, ate practically no carbs, actually, really ate light altogether. I probably could have had more water because I was getting pretty loopy at some points. Either way, I had a blast and it was a great escape from real world issues for a while. Back to it today!

Cardio - Gunna recoupe a day, then back to it tomorrow.

Food - Making up for a few calories via protein today, need to feed my muscles.

B - 1/2 Southwestern steak n cheese omlette flat bread from subway
L - other half
S - EAS Protein bar
D - Not sure, goin shopping tonight for food. Maybe something fishy.

I had a lazy weekend with all the rain.  This week I'm getting ready to take my wife to Nashville for her birthday.  It will be the first vacation that she and I have had in three years!  To get ready, I'm doing the five day pouch test.  Wish me luck!

Cardio - An hour with the elliptical/treadmill

Food - Protein shakes & ready made protein drinks!

Have a blessed day!
