Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 pound (2 sticks) Margarine or Butter Softened
1 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Splenda
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (or more if y ou'd like)
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt (Optional)
3 Cups Old Fashioned Oats,Uncooked
1 Cup Semi Sweet Or Sugar Free Chocolate Morsels



Heat oven to 350 degrees, beat margarine and sugar until creamy.Add eggs, and vanilla; beat well. Add flour, baking soda, salt; mix well. Stir in oats and chocolate morsel; mix well.

Drop by rounded tablespoons full on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Cool 1 minute.   Makes about 4 dozen.


I'm not sure of the nutritional values, i didn't calculate BUT,
THEY ARE DELICIOUS!!

For those sensitive to the brown sugar, Splenda makes a brown sugar blend that has half the sugar content. THese sound really yummy! Can't lose with chocolate

Thanks, YES I realized after I purchased the brown sugar that splenda makes one, my next batch will be with the splenda brown sugar, BUT   watch it, these lil boogers can get addictive. I forgot to add that I put 1 scoop 20g Protein Powder (Chocolate) in the whole recipe to.
