I just wanted to say that this Life Changing Journey is so Wonderful. I went to my Bariatic Surgeon 2 weeks ago, and he told me that it usually takes a Lap-Banded 2 years to lose 50% of their Body Fat, and that I have lost 58% Body Fat in 7 Months. I have lost as of Today 90 Pounds and I am 15 Pounds to my Goal Weight.
I am so Blessed. I know if I can do this everybody can, if you only Keep It In Your Head that this is going to Work. Don't let your Head Hunger Over Power Your Stomach Hunger.
Move it, Move it, Move it.
I am so Proud of all you guys, and I know that We are going to Kick this Over Weight Issue in the Butt.
So Let's Charge On.
