Safe meal
One of my favorite things is cottage cheese with artificial sweetener, flax meal, and strawberries. It'skinda like dessert but not. I like it for any meal breakfast, lunch or supper. Will be especially good when its hot this summer. Just has some after working in the yard a while. Happy Mother's Day to ya'll.
cottage cheese is one of my main staples since surgery.. i liked it pre-op but dont laugh i ate it like dip on chips... i miss the crunch sometimes.. but have gotten used to eating it without my old salty lover's delite... i usually have it with lite canned peaches.. or just salt an pepper.. i havent tried flax meal yet... i have been hearing good things about it tho...
Cottage cheese is one of my standby breakfasts. I put one packet of Sweet and Low in a cup of c.cheese and add cinnamon Add the sweetener and cinnamon after heating cheese in microwave for 45 sec - 1 min. YUMMY
