Hi everybody

Tough week for me as I've been sick for half of it, but I'm back to fighting fit now thank goodness.  Hope you all had the week you had planned for yourselves and you see the numbers you are looking for...here are mine:

Last week:  176lbs
This week:  175lbs
Reality Goal: 154lbs
Dream Goal:  135lbs

It's a loss so I'm happy - slow and steady suits me.

I am up 9lbs,but am determined to start seeing this go down.My exercise buddy has been out of town for 6 weeks and she gets back this week so back to walking,talking and swimming again and watching my intake.I am going to start with the 5day pouch Monday.Any takers.

Hope you're feeling better after your rough week. I tried the five day pouch test this past week. It was tough but I got back to some basics for good eating. My weight tends to yo-yo in a three to seven pound gain cycle... this week I may finally be headed in the right direction ....

Last week:  233
This week:  231
Goal weight: 145

Now to try to stick to the two bites protien one bite low gylcemic carbs and see if I can get the scales to go down two weeks in a row... it's been a long time... wish me luck!!!

Am thinking I will try the 5dpt again on Monday. Just after Easter I was up to 179 and lost 6 of it in three days but didn't hold on for the 5 days. I have since gained back a couple pounds so I need to start again. Have been mulling joining TOPS again but don't care for the "meeting" aspect of it so hope the weekly weigh-in here will help me. So let's go for it. I want 30 pounds off NOW! But if I could do it by my 6th anniversary on Sept. 25th that would be great :)

I'm like , it seems like  no matter how well I eat or exercise, I still see NO results, matter of fact, I weighed today and I'm up 1 pound

Hi Melissa

I SO know what you mean.  I never found those 'magic' numbers that others find works for them, my body seems to work so randomly.

All we can do is keep ourselves motivated not to give up and keep plugging away at it. 

I know it's frustrsating, but don't let that 1lb gain to allow you to give up and throw it all in this coming week.  You've done so well up to now, you've only got 12lb to go.
