Sunday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio (HAPPY MOM'S DAY!)
Hi BOTTers,
I'm posting this on Saturday night because I have big, big plans for tomorrow morning - to sleep in!!! Bliss!
Here's my check-in for tomorrow....It is a little skewed because I'm not sure what my husband and boys have planned for tomorrow.
CARDIO: Our Mom's Day tradition of taking a walk or hike to celebrate. We started this tradition right after I had surgery. I love it!!
FOOD:
B - Spinach and brocolli quiche (with 2 bites of crust!)
L - Not sure but it will be healthy
D - No sure but it will be healthy
S - None

It looks like it's going to be a beautiful day. I will be working out later this afternoon. My food plan:
Breakfast - protein drink
Snack - yogurt w/granola
Lunch - steak salad
Snack - strawberries
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage w/sf caramel
