Friday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio

Hi BOTTers,

I'm going to start our BOTT C&C quickly.  We have horrible storms right now and predicted throughout the day.  My Internet has already gone down twice.  So, before I lose it again, my priority was to check in with my BOTT friends.

CARDIO:  Walk & Kick dvd

FOOD:

B - 2 scrambled eggs and 1 slice turkey bacon
S - String cheese
L - Turkey sandwich with vegetables on high fiber bread
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Chicken, sweet potato (1/2) and vegetables
S - Power Crunch bar

Wooooooo, big weekend begins at 6 tonight!! I'm so excited it hurts, the clock is moving backwards!!  I'm extra excited this time I guess because the weather is supposed to be absolutely gorgeous all weekend, upper 60's - 70's and sunny sunny sunny. In the game its supposed to be the "spring festival" so it'll be great. I'm such a geek, I know.

Gunna be eating a few extra calories today to get ready, since I know i'll likely be eating light all weekend.

Cardio - All weekend, I'll be running and fighting with fake swords

Food -

B - Kashi Go Lean and 1/4 cup milk
L - Baked cod and ritz cracker topping and veggies
S - Chicken tender and frank's red hot
D - Not sure, gunna be on the road

Hi Botters,
I'm pooped!! I just got back from having my 8 hour iron infusion. It's such a long time to have to sit and watch tv.  I had a big moment this morning.  I am down 30 lbs and 3 sizes!!!  Why did it take me so long to figure this out?  Eating the right way and exercising, who knew?  My food for today is:
Breakfast - lean dessert protein drink
Snack - veggies
Lunch - TJ's chicken w/rye crisp
Snack - string cheese
Dinner - beef w/veggies
Snack - fage
