You'd be surprised how much of a work out you can get when SPEED CLEANING your house in an hour before work. I invited my parents over for dinner on Mother's Day, but I have my "war weekend" so I had to get in all my cleaning this morning and tomorrow morning so the house is in decent shape for them. While also packing and doing laundry! Well, I was wearing a long insulated night gown and heavy fleece pants. Man did I work up a sweat! Hey, I'll take what I can get, right?
Food -
B - Kinda skipped it today, just coffee
L - Turkey and veggies (hope I can avoid that stuffing)
S - Low Suger Oatmeal
D - Likely Veggie stir fry and chicken.

We actually woke up to clear skies and the sun has come out!
It's back to rain and storms this afternoon but I take what I can get!
Cardio - Off Night

B - Spicy Sausage Scrambler
S - Venison Snack Stick & String Cheese
L- Strawberry Protein Shake
S - Venison Snack Stick & String Cheese
D - Grilled Chicken w/Side Salad
S - Mocha Protein Shake
Calories = 1271 Fat = 55 Carbs = 43 Protein = 150

~Breakfast~ 2 eggs w/ham
~Snack~ French Vanilla Protein Iced Coffee
~Lunch~ Chicken w/lettuce, tomatoes stuffed in 1/2 LC Pita bread
~Dinner~ not sure yet (something with pork chops)
~Snack~ CarbMaster Yogurt (probably vanilla w/some strawberries)
on a different note I got to bed around 10p last night and didn't have to log into wor****il 7am this morning so I slept 9 hr woooohoo BUT guess what I woke up with a headache from sleeping so long...
