I LOVE dry roasted edamame. 7 grams of fiber and 14 grams of protein in a 1/4 C. serving. I buy the bags and split them into 1/4 C. servings at the beginning of the week so I can just grab one on the way out the door. I also like All-Bran crackers with Laughing Cow Light Swiss wedges.

when i see someone post  with constipation i try to respond my salvation to this problem i have found recently is hemp seeds and flaxoil capsules they are full of omegas.I have had terrible constipation problems.did not go without milk of mag and now i have no problems.Give it a try and the omegas are so good for you in all ways.Can be bought at walmart.The hempseed you can add to yougut or anything and i take three flaxils a day.Good luck.
