Cardio:
30 minutes on treadmill (if Ron on the Biggest Loser
can do it, so can I)
Food:
EM - EAS Protein Shake
B - 2 slices turkey bacon / Egg Beater Spinach Omelet
S - EAS Protein Shake
L - Salmon Pattie / tossed salad
D - 6 meatballs w/ green beans
S - Cottage cheese w/ peaches (maybe)
Calories 952 Fat 35g Fiber 8.2g
Carbs 56g Protein 92.9g
