According to the 5DPT manual... Days one and two: liquids are to be one cup measure, to be consumed within 15 minutes, the beverages are to be 15 grams of protien and fewer than 5 grams of carbs. They can be made without protien powders using low fat cottage cheese, yogurt, fruit and berries. My carb counting book lists one l bannana as 27 carbs and 105 calories, 1 protien and tr fat. Lots of calculations...but you can get to the fewer than 5 grams of carbs with flavorings such as DaVInci sugar free syrups. It's only two days to I'm sure you can get creative.
