Tuesday - BOTT Cardio and Cafe

Hijacking again. I'm sorry Cathy! I'll gladly take charge and be your back-up for this if you like? I like to try to plan the day early to help me keep accountable.

Jogged into work this morning, tho I'm sure the rain had something to do with it. I'll do something new, I'm going to do laps in work during lunch break today. Its something, and I can really pu**** and just look like I'm hurrying to a meeting or something hehe.

Food -
B - 1 "bites"
S - True North mixed nuts
L - Roasted chicken and veggies, OR buffalo grilled chicken wrap.... still deciding
S - Low Sugar oatmeal
D - Something chicken-y

I'm sure a Ghirardelli square is going to sneak its way in somewhere today.

Whew!  Thanks for having my back! 

I started it this morning and got involved in something knowing I'd get right back to it.  Didn't realize I hadn't done it!!!  Thanks for doing it. When I returned to BOTT, I saw my unfinished post.....finished it quickly and posted it.  I saw yours and it meant a lot that you did it.

It is so special to have BOTT friends!

 Glad you see it that way, I was anxious you'd be upset when I say you'd posted your own thread. I don't want to hijack, just like to plan the day when I get to work. It helps.
