Actually I don't know. I couldn't find what I wanted today in the EAS shakes, so I got the ready to drink Atkins Choc. Royal, I only bought 1, 4 pack in case I didn't like them.

I luv any of the atkins and i am always leary to try anything due to the taste.I wish you could buy just one single serving just to try too expensive to buy them and not like them.I use it in my coffee in the morning.
