Hi Botters!
I've had a busy morning.  Running all over town and then  went in for my bloodwork.  My iron #'s are low so I will have my iron infusion on Friday.  What a way to kill a whole day, but it's necessary.  I will be working out later this evening.  My food for today:
Breakfast - Lean Dessert protein drink
Snack - 1/2 cup yogurt
Lunch - left over pot roast
Snack - apple w/pb2
Dinner - mexican chicken w/ff beans
Snack - fage
Have a great day!
