Back On Track Together
Help needed from the 5DPT experts here:
I survived day one of my 5DPT. I missed the crunch to my day...but kept the positive attitude that I will do this. I have reflected on day one ... and am not sure I am doing this right... Here goes:
6:45AM Carn. SF Inst. Breakfast, 8oz skim milk , 1 tsp Davinci SF Carmel Syrup
7:15 8oz decaf coffee with splash of skim milk
8:00 Started sipping on 24 oz of water (feeling famished)
9:00 1 scoop EAS Protien Powder choc. , 8oz skim milk , 1 tsp. SF Choc. Syrup, 1tsp decaf coffee powder
Noon 16oz decaf coffee, ice and SF Instant Carnation Breakfast drink on ice
3:00 8oz. skim milk, vanilla inst. sf. breakfast with 1 tsp carmel syrup
5:00 8 oz. sausage/pumpkin soup
5:30 4 oz sausage/pumpkin soup
6:30 8oz decaf coffee with splash of skim milk
7:30 SF orange jello snack size
8:00 8 oz water
9:00 8 oz sausage/pumpkin soup
9:30 SF cherry jello snack size
10PM 8 oz water
I was not satisfied all day long and really struggled as I was so hungry and not satisfied at all for the entire day. I walked a half mile on my treadmill but the thoughts of food danced in my head. Is this normal??? Any ideas or thoughts you care to share. I'm on day two ... and have been trying to increase my water today... but the head hunger continues. Let me know any suggestions you might have.
