Friday Weigh In - a day late!!!
Hi all
Sorry this is a day late - I was exhausted from an manic week at work yesterday, but I did manage to weigh myself in the morning. Hope your week has been how you planned it to be and that your weight is what you would like.
I had a weird week - put on 5lbs over the weekend - no idea how I gained that much especially as I was dancing hard for 4 hours at a party on Saturday night, but did eat from the buffet - loaded with carbs, but not huge portions, but boy did it show in the scales the next morning. But then gradually those pounds came off over the week, thank goodness.
Last Week: 176
This Week: 176
Goal: 154
Dream Goal: 135 (hehe - the one that I know inreality I probably will ONLY reach in my dreams!!)

I'd like to jump on board the weigh in ...
It's been a rough week here with the carb monster... I just cant' seem to break the cycle of poor choices. I too had a gain midweek of five pounds but was able to get back to a no loss...no gain by weeks end.
Last week: 233
This week: 233
Surgeon's Goal Wgt. : 145 (I'm 5'9 and really thinking that is unrealistic)
My goal is to get back to 229 which was my lowest weight ever. That pouch test is sounding very inviting!!!
