Day 4 - 5DPT...And I'm Not Hungry
Day 4 for me was still a struggle with the drinking!! I sip all day long and to stop for 30 minutes before eating and then to not drink during the meal is pure tortue for me! I don't even want to tell you what the no drinking for 30 minutes after a meal is like!! I will say this...as long as I stick to the drink rules, stay away from slider foods, there will be no inbetween snacks!! Can't handle the not drinking part which is why I have stalled and then gained 20 lbs! This 5DPT was an eye opener for me...the plus side, I feel so much better, and my husband says I look better too!!
