Hi BOTTers,

I'm posting this tonight for tomorrow.  I'm hoping to go out for breakfast with my family so I'm checking in with all of you now.

CARDIO:  Walk & Kick dvd.

FOOD:

B - 1/2 or 1/3 (depending on the size) of a Denver omlette with Egg Beaters and spinach thrown in.
L - Salad with feta cheese, turkey and spray Italian dressing
S - Cinnamon toast pretzels
D - Other 1/2 or 1/3 of Denver omlette
S - Smartforme Caramel Delight protein bar

Have a super Sunday.  It means a lot to go through my day knowing that all of us are BOTTing.

Hi,

I just may try to get my bicycle out today but it looks like rain, so maybe not.  I DO need to get down to the basement and workout some.  Maybe I will do that instead.  Foodwise, I am doing...ok.  My choices are ok, but could be better.  Anyway, my surgeon is on an orange juice and plain yogurt kick.  He says take some every day.  ARG!!!   I am not a big fan of either but I will try.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

Hi Botters!
I have another busy day, putting on a 2nd coat of paint and then off to workout.  My food for today:
Breakfast - lean dessert protein
Snack - click
Lunch - TJ's chicken salad on rye crisp
Snack - apple w/pb2
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage w/sf chocolate

HI I've never posted my food before, but I'm starting a plan to lose some pesky regain pounds so thought it might help me to post.

Breakfast:
2 turkey sausage patties
1/2 cup peaches
1/4 cup broccoli

Lunch:
1/2 cup Mock Lasagna
1/2 cup Green beans
1/2 cup strawberries.

Dinner: ???? whatever my family makes tonight

Snack: Mock Milkshake- ( low carb soy mil**** and SF torini syrup blended)

   I hope you are having a great SONday.  We are having another rainy day here in 'bama.  After four years of drought, I think it's trying to catch up all in one month!

Cardio - 1/2 hour elliptical, 1/2 hour treadmill

Food:

B - Eggs, Ham, and tomato
S - Cytosport Protein Drink
L - Mocha Protein Drink
S - Venison Snack Sticks
D - Chicken & salad
S - Cytosport Protein Drink

Calories = 1577   Fat = 63   Carbs = 54   Protein = 197
