Hi BOTTers,

Happy weekend eve!!  Yipee it is Friday.  We're supposed to have rain all weekend which isn't great.  Regardless, rain or shine - weekends are great!

Here's my check-in:

CARDIO:  Walk & Kick dvd.

FOOD:

B - Cottage cheese
S - Plum
L - String cheese and turkey w/vegetable strips
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Salsa chicken w/vegetables
S - Smartforme Caramel Delight protein bar

 Am I going crazy??!!  After months of waiting for an answer... and a year of contracted service.... my job is hiring me as a full time employee! That's HUGE! I can finally buy a house, make babies, go to a fricken DOCTOR!.... Random awesome life changing news does alot to brighten a day, does it??

Didn't get to the gym this morning... no good reason other than a *coff* slight hang over from celebration last night.

Food for thought
B - Coffee, left over chilli
L - Likely a starbucks spinach fetta wrap (YUM)
S - Starbucks coffee w/ protein
D - Left over sushi and/or chilli

Hey folks,

We are getting hammered here in Huntsville by thunderstorms.  It's supposed to be like this throughout the weekend.  So much for doing yard work.  I got great news yesterday from the doc.  My 2 year blood work came back and my A1C was a 6.4.  Since being diagnosed with diabetes, my lowest A1C had been 7.2.  For the first time in 20 years my numbers are normal.  Getting back on track has made a difference.

Cardio - Circuit training

Food:

B - Chicken Andouille Scramble
S - String Cheese
L - Grilled Chicken
S - Mocha Protein Drink
D - Pork Tender Loin
S - BBQ Pork Rinds & Cytosport Protein Drink

Calories = 1517   Fat = 55   Carbs = 21   Protein = 225

It finally stopped raining here! 
I'll be working out later this afternoon.  My food for today:
Breakfast - lean dessert cinnamon roll w/sf caramel
Snack - click
Lunch - TJ's chicken salad on lettuce
Snack - apple w/pb2
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage w/sf chocolate
