Who knows how to size a photo for the Avatar?
Take just a snippet of it in full size using Paint. Cut the edges off, all the unnecessary stuff. Save that file in a .jpg (takes less space) and give that a shot.

Jeff it took me like 2 days to figure it out! i ended up going to photobucket.com and resizing there and then pasted it to here. it made me absolutely crazy and I am not sure I could do it again!!!! Good luck with your answers, I'll keep checking to see if I can learn something too!!
