Hi BOTTers,

I have a coach myself that has made a huge difference and through my work with her, it has changed my life.  I had a coaching session last night and it was amazing.  I'm still on a high from it.

I had three separate situations with three people that were really annoying me.  Actually, more than annoying but really pushing my buttons.  I had an insight that all the are separate and different, there was a common theme in all of the situations.  From my coaching session, I was able to connect the dots and am now aware of why my reaction was so intense to each of these situations.  Not only connect the dots but also realize where the initial "button" came from.  As a bonus, it made me appreciate and respect myself even more.  The reason it was so "in my face" is that it went against one of my values that I live by.  When I realized what was going on with me, I instantly felt lighter and so much better.  I'm still so happy and relieved at having that insight and awareness.  Sometimes getting to the root of something is difficult and painful but it always is to our best long-term.

Here's my check-in:
