Hi BOTTers,

I'm getting ready for a day full of meetings and projects!  Here's my check-in with all of you:

CARDIO:  Walking and kicking with Leslie Sansone on her dvd.

FOOD:

B - Cottage cheese
S - String cheese
L - Chicken salad with White Cheddar Kruncheez
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Fish and veggies
S - Power Crunch bar

Morning!

Well, I'm less tired this morning but still tired. Maybe its unmotivated. I gotta kick this funk!!

Cardio - DDR tonight

Food -

B - 2 ham and swiss "bites"
S - EAS Carb Control shake
L - Greek cuisine at work today... might go for some tabbouleh on a wrap with chicken
S - Turkey
D - Home made 16 bean turkey chilli (first time making it.... wish me luck on that one!)

Thanks for asking! It actually is really really good. Beany, but that's how I like it. Left it in the old crock pot all day on low and its simmered down to a nice thick chilli. I winged it on all the spices, but it came out pretty darned good. Chilli powder, paprika, cumin, black pepper, garlic salt, cayanne pepper  and salt.I think I'm gunna sneak a bit more cumin in while the hubby isn't looking. That's where the real chilli FLAVOR comes from.  I feel all authentic.

I'm moving slowly this morning as my new circuit training routine kicked my butt!  I feel like someone used a bat on my arms and shoulders.  No pain, no gain!

Cardio - Chasing kid's around the church

Food:

B - Turkey Andouille Scramble
S - Mocha Protein Shake
L - Pork Tenderloin w/ Brussel Sprouts
S - Laughing Cow Cheese
D - Hamburger Steak w/Salad
S - Cytosport Protein Drink

Calories = 1366   Fat = 74   Carbs = 54   Protein = 178

I am taking it easy today. I am sore from strength training the past few days so my body it saying slow down. Came into work at 6am for projects and ate lunch while working so I will try to get in some time on the treadmill while dinner is simmering.

Cardio: Treadmill
Food:

B-Weight Control Oatmeal, Hard Boiled Egg
S-1/4 C. Dry Roasted Edamame
L-Ground Turkey w/Low Fat Cheese & Salsa
S-Protein Bar
D-Sloppy Joe (No Bun) & Salad

Damage: 1302 Calories, 115 Carbs (78 Net Carbs) , 41 Fat, 119 Protein
Tons of Water and Vitamins to round out the day.
