FRIDAY (WOO HOO) - Cafe and Cardio
Hi BOTTers,
Yea, it is Friday!! It was really warm yesterday and a beautiful sunny day. I took a walk and had a fabulous time. So many beautiful flowers and budding trees. I took it all in because next week they are predicting rain!
We had a little scare last night. Our 1-1/2 year old Pomeranian was foaming at the mouth a little bit. I had a dog that was epileptic so that's the first thing that came to mind. Unless he has another episode today, we're going to take him to the vet on Saturday. I hope and pray he is okay.

B - Cottage cheese
S - String cheese
L - Turkey and blueberry yogurt
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Fish, vegetables and a small (or 1/2 medium) sweet potato
S - Power Crunch bar

I'm looking forward to the weekend. It's been a long week. Tomorrow I get to take a group of kids out into the community to paint wheel chair ramps at some individual homes for CASA.

Good Morning one and all - Here's my plan (only took me 1 hr 20 min last night to finalize today's food plan Whee!!!! Have decided I've got to plan a week at a time - this running to the grocery every night after work just isn't going to happen!!! How do you all do this????? It was so much easier to eat 500 calories a day - so many fewer decisions )
B - 1 pkg weight control oatmeal + 20 g protein powder
Sn- 4 tea biscuits
L - Ham (canned) + 4 Wasa cripbreads
Sn - 1/2 c choc & 1/2 c origina 8th Continent Soy Milk
D - Egg salad (2 eggs, 4 T sugar free pickle relish, 2 T Free Miracle Whip
993 Calories 73.24 g protein
Since it's the weekend (I like to count the weekend starting as soon as I leave the office on Friday LOL) I will exercise this evening and tomorrow I'm walking an hour in the cancer "Relay for Life"

S-Dry roasted edamame & light string cheese
L-No idea yet, boss is taking the office out today
