Trying to let The Carb Monster Go
I suggest you visit this forum alot and read everyones posts...that will keep you too busy to eat those useless carbs! I have cut out all white carbs, except for special ocassions, and it has made a big difference. Whole wheat wraps, bread, english muffins and cereal. I don't drink any juice and very few fresh fruits unless they are in seasonally. You can do it...just think of carbs as that great orange ad campain monster for that weight lose watcher control organization.
