Brave, I'm not sure that I'm brave, lol...I did manage to get 60 oz. today tho, but I DO NOT see results. Maybe I just need to eat SF Jellos and Waterload tomorrow, it might just happen, that way.

Aw don't go looking for results in a few days. ESPECIALLY if you're waterloading/upping your water to the necessary amount. Anyone and everyone will retain water in these efforts. Give your body a week or two after you star****erloading and then you'll see... once tha****er starts shedding away, and your body realizes this will be a normal thing.... you might even start ketosis if you down your carbs a bit. Your body loves flushing your system every once in a while. Its good for ya

Today has been day two of my attempt to really pound the water down... I admit ...it is NOT easy!!! I managed to get in 72 oz of water so far and 16 oz of decaff coffee... wow I'm sloshing around my chair as I type this :-).  All in all I'm noticing my food consumption is going way down... by by bad carbs ...hello water.  I'm trying for 70-80 protien, 30g carbs per meal and 64 oz of water. I'm amazed with the water it's been going pretty good. I vow not to weigh in for a week to see if this will jump start a weight loss. Hey I'll try anything once to see if it helps. Thanks for the flavoring tips, bigger watering jugs and most of all support !!!
