Back On Track Together
First post ...looking for suggestions...plateau breakers needed
The 5 DPT, or any protein diet would probably help... and maybe committing to an extra bit of exersize every day for a week. I know last summer I did an hour on the elliptical 7 days a week...really worked up a sweat... machine said i burned 700 cal a session and in 3 weeks with minor modification in diet I lost 8 pounds.
Welcome to BOTT!
It's almost 10 years since my surgery and this is the first time that I have been able to lose some of my regain. Since joining BOTT in January I have lost almost 30 lbs. Go back to your basics.
Protein, protein and more protein.
No white foods
No drinking after meals
Start exercising.
You can do this!

The basics being reading , writing and arithmetic... but to us it is protien, water, vitamins and exercise (sorry I couldnt' resist the pun). I've never heard the expression "No White Foods"... is that white bread, white sugar etc?? I always call carbs my problem child. Gotta love them and leave them but it's so hard to do. But with the support of the BOTT members I'm feeling stronger that I too can do this. THANKS!!!
