Hi BOTTers,

I have big plans for tomorrow morning.....sleeping in!  No alarm clocks or pressing work to do, just sleep in.  Ahhhhhh!

Here's my check in:

CARDIO:  Take a walk if nice outside or do a dvd.

FOOD:

B - Scrambled eggs with vegetables cooked in them
S - String cheese
L - CLICK
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Grilled chicken and grilled vegetable skewers
S - Power Crunch bar

Happy Sunday!
I hate rain!  Yuck!  I feel like going back to sleep.  I plan on doing my cardio later this afternoon.  My food for today:
Breakfast - scrambled eggs w/healthy life bread
Snack - click
Lunch - chicken salad
Snack - apple w/pb2
Dinner - steak w/veggies
Snack - planning on making some protein ice cream

We've got rain too!  So much for yard work.

Cardio - 1/2 hour elliptical, 1/2 hour treadmill

Food:

B - Ham & Eggs
S - Cashews
L - Shirataki Noodles in Marinara Sauce & Top Round Steak
S - Protein Drink
D - Protein Shake
S - Plum

Calories = 1319  Fat = 62  Carbs = 68  Protein = 125

Cardio ( None...I'm taking the day off!  )

B- Protein shake

S- Protein decaf ice coffee

L- Pizza

S- Detour Runner bar

D- Salmon with veggies

S-  Trail mix
