Saturday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Hi BOTTers,
Yes, I'm doing the Saturday C&C on Friday night. My husband is taking my computer to the "computer doctor" because I've work out some of the keys on my keyboard and the frame on my laptop monitor is coming apart. Thank goodness we bought an extended warranty because we've gotten out money out of it. Three entire new keyboards and othehat arer issues resolved. I was told I'm a ultra power user. I think that's a polite way to say I live on my laptop!
Here's my check-in for tomorrow:
CARDIO: Might rain so I'm going to check out my walking dvd (anyone else use the Leslie Sansone walking dvd?).
FOOD:
B - Cottage Cheese
S - String cheese
L - Spinach salad with feta cheese and italian dressing
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Fish (if we don't go to dinner) and vegetables. If we go out to dinner - healthy choices.
S - Power Crunch bars

Yes, Cathy, I use Leslie's DVDs all the time, and I love it. Usually I do the
1 mile or 2 miles Walk Away the Pounds Express with the stretchie band. I have some of her other ones too, but I love the 1 mile with the stretchie band the most out of them all. It is less challenging, and I don't feel wiped out afterwards.

B- Protein shake
S- Detour Runner Energy bar
S- Small piece of soft pretzel when I was at the mall late this afternoon
L- Grilled chicken with side salad
S- Trail mix
D- Probably another protein shake....not very hungry tonight
