Last week: 180
This week: 178
That doesn't take into account the gain of several pounds I had over the Easter weekend - mid week 185!!!!! So I'm pleased this week. Hopefully I'll keep the numbers going downward.

This week - 164 and holding
Haven't moved on the scale but after tomorrow I go to a more 'normal' diet including more carbs and veggies and exercise. We'll see if this jump start was just a hiccu*****t.
